The Customer Service Representative – WM Brickell assists Relationship Manager(s) with various administrative, operational, and customer support tasks and coordinating the department’s incoming calls.
This position provides direct customer service to bank customers handling their accounts with account opening and account servicing, that may include loan applications and loan agreements, provides customers with information on bank products, handling their requests and bank related inquiries and reconcile other bank related issues on a timely basis. Also provides quality customer service greeting customers in the reception area.
