Overview

The Customer Service Representative – WM Brickell assists Relationship Manager(s) with various administrative, operational, and customer support tasks and coordinating the department’s incoming calls. 

Responsibilities

This position provides direct customer service to bank customers handling their accounts with account opening and account servicing, that may include loan applications and loan agreements, provides customers with information on bank products, handling their requests and bank related inquiries and reconcile other bank related issues on a timely basis. Also provides quality customer service greeting customers in the reception area. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of banking experience, general office, administrative or related financial customer service experience in a financial institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   
  • Must be self-motivated and detail oriented; must be able to multitask; must be able to work in a team environment. 
  • Must be able to master the ability to handle confidential information. 
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.  
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.  
  • Computer knowledgeable in MS Office Software, (Excel, Word, and Outlook, Power Point).
  • Jack Henry experience and knowledge of banking laws and regulations, such as the Bank Secrecy Act/AML and Patriot Act is preferred.  
  • Knowledge of the completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) is preferred.
