CRE Operations Coordinator

The CRE Operations Coordinator performs various administrative functions including preparation of Partial Releases of Mortgage for all commercial loans, preparation of estoppel letters for construction loans or loans with approval for partial releases, monitoring, and prepares report for restricted accounts.  

Handles the monthly reconciliation of established accounts for recording fees.   Performs monthly reconciliation of restricted accounts and manages these accounts based on the requirements of the account which can be for debt service, insurance claims, property repairs, environmental issues being monitored etc.  Monitors the Past due Real Estate Taxes and communicates with the Relationship Managers to ensure payment of these.  Also assists the CRE Operations Manager in the review of reports required for loans closings such as environmental reports, asbestos reports, plan and cost review reports, property condition reports, plan and cost review reports etc.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field of study such as Accounting, Business, or Economics and three (3) years of experience directly related to Banking in a Real Estate or Credit Department; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have prior experience in working with real estate, loan and credit documents.
• Must have prior experience working in a commercial real estate environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have good loan operational skills. Must possess excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficient Computer knowledge in MS Software (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Knowledge with Jack Henry Silverlake system is preferred.
